About the role

An established healthcare team in western Wisconsin, just north of La Crosse, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice.
Position Highlights:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a patient-centered setting
  • Join a dedicated team focused on preventive care and long-term patient relationships
  • Broad-scope practice with opportunities to tailor services to your clinical interests
  • Opportunity to perform a variety of special procedures
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring NP/PA students, with occasional involvement in medical student and resident education
  • On-site laboratory and X-ray services
  • Access to 24-hour specialist consultation support and specialty outreach services
  • Rare call responsibilities, with phone-only coverage

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited graduate medical training program in Family Medicine
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted or eligible medical licensure in Wisconsin and applicable states within the practice region
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice
  • Interest in teaching and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals
