You'll be the visible presence of safety and professionalism at client properties in Maui: conducting patrols, securing access points, writing sharp reports, and handling situations with calm, confident judgment. If you have your Hawaii Guard Card and a clean driving record, we want to talk. What the job looks like day-to-day: Vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties — courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas Monitoring and controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry Delivering strong customer service while maintaining a professional, authoritative presence Writing accurate, detailed incident reports via company software or mobile app De-escalating situations calmly and respectfully Coordinating with teammates, clients, and supervisors throughout your shift Maintaining company equipment — radios, vehicles, keys — to standard What Signal brings to the table:$22/hour starting pay with room to grow Medical Insurance: PPO coverage provided for all benefit-eligible employees, with a $100 annual deductible, $15 office visit copays & $25 urgent care visit copays.
