Phoenix Plant Startup — Manufacturing Operations Leader

ERMCO is expanding its Arizona operations and seeks a Site Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the Phoenix facility across fabrication, core manufacturing, assembly, and testing. This role oversees three shifts, guides Area Managers, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with Dyersburg standards. The candidate will establish production processes for startup, build teams, and manage onboarding and knowledge transfer. Relocation assistance is provided for this role.
