The ideal candidate will have over 25 years' experience in the industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior visual effects role, and a strong background in machine learning and its application to professional media production. They should be recognized as thought leaders in the field, with the ability to influence the future of visual storytelling and advise on enterprise creative transformation. The role requires exceptional executive communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and responsible innovation.
