Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation. Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience. Experience performing machine setups, changeovers, and production troubleshooting. Proficiency using precision measuring tools such as calipers, verniers, and gauges. Experience completing production records, quality documentation, and performance tracking reports.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement environment. Ability to cross-train and work effectively in multiple production areas. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Capabilities Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to handle production materials and operate manufacturing equipment safely. Ability to work around manufacturing chemicals and production processes while following safety procedures.

Job Duties: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. Perform assembly, handwork, machine changeovers, packaging, labeling, and inventory-related tasks. Inspect raw materials and finished products using measuring and testing equipment to verify compliance with specifications. Complete required production and quality documentation, including performance and process monitoring records. Maintain clean and organized work areas, follow safety requirements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with quality, logistics, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
