Supporting clients throughout the conversion and implementation process, the full-time remote Installation Technician will configure solutions, serve as a primary contact for system setup and testing, and ensure successful transitions to production.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with clients to configure solutions that meet their business needs and operational requirements
Support data mapping, validation activities, and conversion readiness efforts to ensure accurate client configurations
Deliver client education and functional support, helping users understand system capabilities for long-term success
Required qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting business systems, implementations, conversions, or client-facing projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive resolution
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
