Leading a team focused on developing comprehensive eLearning experiences, the full-time remote eLearning Manager will design engaging self-paced courses for the elluminate platform while managing content strategy, leveraging AI technologies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance learner experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging eLearning experiences, including storyboards, courseware, and assessments for major learning platforms
Manage the ongoing lifecycle of eLearning content, ensuring materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support effective content development and delivery
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in eLearning development preferred
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Captivate
Strong experience with AI in eLearning development
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in production workflow
