Technical Learning Senior Consultant

Overview As Technical Learning Senior Consultant at CNA, you drive technical training solutions to sustain a continuous learning environment and support business goals. You partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps, design curricula, and implement blended learning programs. You lead curriculum development, evaluation, and improvement initiatives, ensuring materials align with compliance and quality standards. You work with cross-functional partners to scale learning across lines of business and measure impact with training effectiveness metrics. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packagehybrid work arrangements Responsibilities Evaluate and maintain the full inventory of technical training resources and materials Conduct needs analyses with business leaders to identify learning priorities and skill gaps Design and develop technical learning solutions (curricula, certification, performance support, ILT, e-learning, blended learning)Facilitate or support delivery of training across process, system, product, and leadership areas Update and create curricula to close gaps and adapt to change; leverage materials across lines of business Establish measures to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Align learning initiatives with quality, compliance, and business opportunities identified Act as project manager for learning initiatives and plans Key requirements Solid understanding of the insurance industry and its operations Strong knowledge of learning design, instructional methods, and blended learning strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels Proven program and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software; familiarity with LMS/Content Management Systems and eLearning tools Experience with content development and multimedia authoring (preferred)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; eight years of related experience (insurance industry knowledge preferred)communication and succinct business storytellingcollaboration and stakeholder managementanalytical and problem-solving abilities Learning design and instructional strategies Curriculum design principles; adult learning theory Blended learning and online training design
