Head of Construction

A growing, industrial contractor in the Knoxville area seeks a Head of Construction. The firm is established but growing."The Head of Construction is responsible for leading and continuously improving the execution of all projects across the firm. This role provides strategic leadership to the Project Delivery Department, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule. The Head of Construction develops and leads Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, BIM personnel, and other project support functions while partnering closely with Operations, Preconstruction, Field Leadership, Accounting, and Executive Leadership. This position drives accountability, consistency, communication, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle."Compensation is negotiable/open.
