Retail Infrastructure Project ManagerContractDuration of Contract: 12+ monthsHybrid, must be able to commute to Blue Ash, Ohio area 3-4 times per weekWe are looking for a senior project manager to lead and deliver the implementation of two retail store infrastructure projects. The work will be focused on PIN Pad delivery. The PM will be responsible for managing the hardware and rollout for various locations through internal resources and external partners. The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to drive technical teams and vendors to milestones, and effective at resolving issues requiring collaboration of many stakeholders. This Project manager will need to demonstrate strong communication within and outside of team to align dependencies. This individual will be able to keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedulesEstablish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecastsDesign and implement the specific program governance modelConduct project meeting, project tracking and analysisEnsure all project objectives are clearly documented, and delivered to meet customer needsManage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverablesCommunicate timely project status to all stakeholdersManage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issuesMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONSRetail store implementation experienceNetwork/POS background a plusProven problem solving and organizational skillsProven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budgetDemonstrated ability in team motivation and delegationExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organizationAdvanced analytical, problem solving and expert communication skillsKnowledge of advanced project management, basic program management, and basic portfolio concepts, practices, and procedures within reporting area
