Donor Experience & Field Operations Supervisor

The GreenDrop Associate Manager role is critical to our success, guiding donors and team members with integrity and care across multiple sites in CT. You will train and coach new staff, and ensure consistent performance and service standards throughout the network. Travel between sites is required, including regular interaction with donors and logistics partners, while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers.
