Human Resources Payroll Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Payroll Support payroll for approximately 110–170 employees Own the payroll process through final review/submission; HR Manager will handle final submission Review timecards, missed punches, schedules, and payroll corrections Work with managers/supervisors to resolve payroll issues Handle employee questions related to payroll and timecards Maintain payroll documentation and support audits Weekly hourly payroll and bi-weekly salary payroll, depending on final division of responsibilitiesHR Administration Maintain employee files and HR records Support onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and I-9sAssist with attendance tracking and documentation Handle routine employee questions and escalate other HR issues to the HR Manager Maintain HR calendars, deadlines, and trackers Recruiting Review resumes and conduct first-round phone screens Schedule interviews Manage candidate communication and recruiting trackers Primarily support hourly hiring, with some salaried positionsWHO YOU ARE:Associate/Bachelor's Degree Preferred Hands-on payroll processing Timecard/hourly payroll experience Paycom experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working directly with employees and managersHR administration experience Recruiting coordination/phone-screening experience is a plus
