Job Description: Registered Nurse - Staffing Pool
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule:
12-hour shifts | 3 days/week | Variable Days/NightsWe are hiring Registered Nurses to join a hospital staffing pool. This role provides safe, competent nursing care while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs and develop/update care plans.
- Administer care safely and follow hospital policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families and support discharge planning.
- Perform point-of-care testing and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prioritize care for patients with complex needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required.
- Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
Compensation:
