Thermal Blanket Technician

Required Skills & Experience: Create custom thermal insulation blankets using specifications, templates, and detailed work instructions Design and integrate aerospace-grade materials, including multilayer insulation (MLI), foils, and reflective films. Verify finished products through dimensional inspections, fit checks, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation to support accurate fabrication. Work alongside engineers, technicians, and quality personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Document material usage, production activities, and inspection results to ensure traceability and configuration control.

Skills & Experience: Aerospace or Engineering backgrounds Bachelor's degree
