Must have a valid drivers license.)We are hiring Labor Technicians to support vacuum and hydro-excavation operations across the Phoenix area. This role is hands-on, physically active, and essential to safe and efficient job-site performance. Why AIMS Companies Over 600 employees and 600+ pieces of equipment nationwide18 facilities serving 4,000+ customers Strong reputation for safety, training, and operational excellence Opportunities for advancement and skill development What Youll DoOperate and assist with vacuum and hydrovac excavation trucks Remove debris using shovels and hand tools Work in confined spaces, including crawling and kneeling as needed Lift and remove manhole covers and other heavy materials Handle, sort, and deliver inventory Work around heavy equipment, machinery, and biohazards Perform routine inspections and minor equipment repairs Set up safe work areas and identify potential hazards Maintain equipment cleanliness (interior and exterior) Complete service tickets, forms, and required documentation Attend safety meetings and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Follow DOT regulations when assisting with vehicle and equipment operation Communicate effectively with team members and customers Maintain reliable attendance as part of a 2-person crew Perform additional duties as assigned
