Job Description:
Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and logistics Develop and execute initiatives that improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and profitability Establish and monitor key manufacturing KPIs Drive continuous improvement efforts Improve overall plant performance through waste reduction, downtime elimination, and process optimization Build, coach, and develop manufacturing leaders and frontline teams Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong background in flexible packaging manufacturing Printing process experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement programs Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive measurable improvements Bilingual Spanish preferred Engineering degree preferred but not required What's on Offer Base salary of $150K-$160K 10-15% annual bonus opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Competitive PTO Strong people-focused culture Significant leadership visibility and impact Interested?
