Staff Accountant

What You'll Do: Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, customer accounts, and credit memos. Handle credit reviews, collections, and customer credit management activities. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and support month-end and year-end close. Assist with financial reporting and analysis. Learn and apply manufacturing cost accounting principles. Analyze project costs and provide meaningful reporting to support business decisions. Support inventory cycle counts and maintain strong internal controls. Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve accounting issues.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field 1-3 years of accounting experience Experience with accounts receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus, but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
