About the role

The Director of the Property and Casualty division will provide both strategic and operational leadership. This person will inspire confidence, speak to the company’s culture, and be an example of servant leadership to associates, insurance carrier partners, and clients. The Director will be responsible for leading a cohesive team of insurance professionals with the assistance of several direct reports to ensure excellence in client delivery. The role encompasses associate mentorship, quality control, coverage analysis and recommendations, and operational efficiency and accuracy. REPORTS TOPresidentESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssociate development, mentorship, and overall Divisional leadership Ability to direct, assist, and resolve operational issues Overall marketing process (strategy, arranging submission, negotiating, reviewing quote options, and developing appropriate presentation documents).Manage overall account lifecycle: pre-renewal, renewal, post-renewal, stewardship. Identify clients’ ongoing insurance-related wants and needs in providing solutions through risk management consulting. Assist the Producer and Client Manager in placing new business. Exhibits proficiency in using the agency management system, per TFG’s written workflows. Adhere to all agency procedures and E&O guidelines.
