The Opportunity: We are seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our growing private client team in Wichita, KS. This role is an integral part of the advisory team, combining financial planning, client service, and execution. Working alongside our founder, you will help develop financial plans, analyze client opportunities, coordinate planning cases, and proactively support client relationships. The ideal candidate is warm, high-intellect, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities: · Maintain client relationships.· Gather and analyze client financial information.· Prepare financial plans, recommendations, and client meeting materials.· Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis.· Own the coordination and execution of planning cases.· Maintain momentum and follow-through on open client opportunities.· Coordinate proactive client service activities.· Serve as a second advisor on assigned client relationships.· Support and lead planning-related special projects.· Partner closely with Lead Advisors to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required Licenses· SIE· FINRA Series 7· FINRA Series 63· Kansas Life Accident and Health
Preferred: CFP®, ChFC®, RICP®, CLU®, WMCP®, LUTCF®, Life & Health Insurance License, PMP®, or other relevant financial planning/client service designations.
Qualifications: · 3+ years in client management, private wealth, investment operations or adjacent· Bachelors degree (finance or accounting preferred)· Ability to commute to office in Wichita, KS· Experience with Northwestern Mutual or similar platforms ideal
