To enhance faculty development initiatives, the part-time Remote Faculty Development Instructor will design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs focused on leadership development, mentoring, and faculty success within an academic medical center.
Key responsibilities:
Design and facilitate educational programs, workshops, and seminars for faculty development
Collaborate with leadership to develop and evaluate faculty advancement initiatives
Implement program evaluation strategies to assess the impact of faculty development efforts
Required qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a closely related field
Experience teaching and facilitating professional development programs in higher education or healthcare settings
Demonstrated excellence in public speaking and curriculum development
Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in faculty development within an academic medical center
Record of scholarly dissemination related to faculty development and leadership
