Teaching Assistant The Utica City School District is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the following vacancies: Department: CTE (Career and Technical Education) Subjects/Pathways: EV Automotive Technology; Construction Technologies Description: The CTE Teaching Assistant supports classroom and laboratory instruction under the direction of a certified teacher. Responsibilities include assisting students with academic and hands-on learning activities, preparing instructional materials, monitoring student progress and behavior, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, and support the use of tools, equipment and technology. The Teach Assistant also helps reinforce employability skills, assist with work-based learning and performs related clerical and organizational tasks.
