Aesthetic Injector-Physician Assistant

Responsibilities: Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other nonsurgical aesthetic treatments Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Evaluate facial anatomy, patient goals, and treatment options to achieve safe, natural-looking results Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations, expectations, and pre- and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Develop long-term patient relationships that support retention and referrals Stay current on new products, injection techniques, safety protocols, and developments in aesthetic medicine Collaborate with our plastic surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience

Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injection experience in a clinical setting Demonstrated experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection technique, and complication prevention and management Excellent consultation, communication, and patient-care skills Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and clinically confident Genuine interest in aesthetic medicine and continued professional development Ability to build strong patient relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the aesthetic practice Preferred, But Not Required Experience with advanced injectable techniques Knowledge of medical-grade skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments Experience with electronic medical record systems Established aesthetic patient following or experience developing a patient base

Base Salary: $75-$85/hr, based on experience, plus performance-based commission opportunities. Our compensation structure is designed to provide a competitive guaranteed salary while rewarding growth and production.

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 30 hours per week
