Chief Engineering & Asset Reliability Leader

Rand-Whitney seeks a Director of Engineering to provide strategic leadership for engineering, maintenance, facilities, and reliability across multiple corrugated plants. You will standardize best practices, align resources, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating capital projects and budgets. The role partners with plant leadership to maximize uptime, safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness, reporting KPI progress and leading RCA follow-ups to prevent recurrence across the
