Deputy Director of Development & Donor Strategy (Equity)

ACLU of Northern California is seeking a Deputy Director of Development to lead frontline fundraising and align strategy with our mission for racial and social justice. The role requires at least ten years in the nonprofit sector, five years of management, and a proven ability to cultivate major philanthropic partnerships and donor engagement. You will supervise five gift officers and report to the Director of Development, helping to strengthen our programs across the agency.
