This position will create and manage content highlighting the company's projects, properties, employees, and community involvement. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day social media content and assist with photography, video, website updates, graphic design, and other marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Manage social media accounts and develop a content calendar. Create posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, photography, and other visual content. Write social media captions and basic website/blog content. Create basic graphics and marketing materials using established brand standards. Assist with website updates, marketing projects, and campaigns. Monitor social media engagement and basic analytics. Work with departments throughout the company to identify content opportunities. Capture photos and video of projects, properties, employees, and events. Qualifications Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram. Strong photography, videography, and visual storytelling skills. Strong writing and communication skills. Basic graphic design experience. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Comfortable working with people and capturing content in a variety of settings.
