Senior US International Tax Compliance Lead

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) seeks a Senior Manager, International Tax Compliance to lead BD’s U.S. international tax compliance. You will manage the annual calendar, data collection, and deliver complete and accurate filings, partnering with tax accounting, transfer pricing, treasury, and legal teams. You will review Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, BEAT, and related calculations, oversee external providers, and maintain robust controls and documentation for examinations.
