What You'll Do:
- Support patients by phone
- Walk them through device application + troubleshooting
- Provide clear, calm education to patients & caregivers
- Document all interactions in our support system
- Great BackgroundsCNA (especially LTC)
- Medical Assistant
Healthcare customer service No medical device experience needed-full paid training provided.
