Responsibilities
Build and maintain process workflows that improve efficiency, decision‑making, project delivery, and reporting for Adobe’s Field Enablement Regional Team.
Manage complex projects, drive tool adoption (including Workfront), and ensure smooth onboarding for new höla.
Collaborate with senior PMO and partners across Field Readiness and Enablement to advance cross‑functional initiatives.
Develop and maintain team business process workflows and documentation to improve efficiency, decision‑making, project delivery, and reporting.
Review and provide input on process and system enhancements.
Act as project manager for complex team projects.
Run regular project reviews, prioritization exercises, and process audits.
Support implementation of project management tools/systems (e.g., Workfront), including planning, training, and adoption.
Own and maintain Workfront hygiene across Field Readiness and Enablement teams.
Collaborate with senior PMO on project management and process improvement initiatives.
Support onboarding for new team members by coordinating training, resources, and smooth transitions.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, and change management.
Strong analytical skills; ability to think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently.
Experience working in enterprise, matrixed organizations.
Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to influence, build relationships, and work effectively on teams.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, decisive; strong time management across multiple tasks.
Ability to understand, articulate, and address business issues, drivers, and needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, remote presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to operate autonomously in high‑ambiguity environments with only high‑level direction.
Collaborative mindset with initiative to lead and act as a subject‑matter resource across the organization.
Positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, and adaptability to changing business needs.
Additional Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
