Overview In this role you will craft visually compelling graphics and collateral that support government and defense priorities. You will collaborate with a team of designers and stakeholders to deliver accessible, brand-consistent materials across print, digital, and multimedia. You help translate complex concepts into clear visual solutions while meeting fast-paced project deadlines. Compensation / Benefitshealth benefitslife and disability benefitsretirement benefitspaid leaveprofessional developmenttuition assistance Responsibilities Design a wide range of deliverables including FINTEL, logos, publications, presentations, and multimedia products Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards across materials Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions Manage multiple assignments with accuracy and time management in a fast-paced setting Incorporate typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to align with branding and messaging Contribute to government or defense-sector design projects and reflect mission-focused goals Key requirements Experience with 508 accessibility design and development Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects, MAPublisher Experience with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word)Experience in government or defense sectors Knowledge of DoD or IC processes and requirements Ability to showcase a broad design portfolio across print, digital, and multimedia Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree Client-facing discussion facilitation Collaboration across cross-functional teams Problem-solving and time management Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator
