River Terrace Inn, a Noble House Hotel, is seeking a General Manager to lead the property, drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and asset stewardship in a luxury Napa Valley setting. The role requires strategic direction, cross-functional leadership across F&B, Front Desk, and Rooms, and alignment with ownership objectives. A Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field is preferred, with 7–10 years in senior hotel leadership and Marriott exposure considered a strong plus.
