Job Description
Required Skills:
· Strong experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).· Hands-on experience with Claims Management, including claim edits, claim generation, and billing workflows.· Experience configuring and supporting Charge Router and charge routing workflows.· Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and its integration with PB billing processes.· Experience in PB build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.· Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and end-to-end professional billing processes.· Epic Resolute PB certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Configure and support Epic Resolute PB workflows.· Manage and troubleshoot claims processing and charge routing.· Collaborate with coding, billing, and operational teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.· Support system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
Pay and Benefits:

Compensation and Benefits:
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
