Job Description: Appliance Installation Technician – Experienced Ventura County, CA | Local Routes | $1,000–$3,000+/Week for W-2 Technicians Installation Pros is expanding our residential appliance installation operation throughout Ventura County, including Oxnard and surrounding communities. We are looking for experienced appliance installers who can complete residential installations independently. This is not an entry-level, helper, delivery-only, or trainee position. Local Ventura County Routes You will work routes throughout Ventura County and will not be required to report to our Rancho Cucamonga office every morning. Product pickup, assigned routes, service areas, and vehicle arrangements will be reviewed before your start date. What You'll Install Depending on your experience and qualifications, installations may include: Dishwashers Washers and dryers Refrigerators Ranges and ovens Over-the-range microwaves Garbage disposals Faucets Toilets You will inspect existing conditions, protect the customer's home, complete professional installations, test equipment, check connections for leaks, and document completed work with photos and notes. This position does not involve rough plumbing, repiping, or unauthorized electrical modifications. Compensation Experienced W-2 Installation Technicians:$1,000–$3,000 per week gross, depending on experience, production, route volume, and responsibilities. Established Subcontractor Businesses/Crews: Contract opportunities may also be available for qualified installation companies with their own truck or van, tools, insurance, and applicable licensing. Qualified subcontractor businesses may generate approximately $2,000–$5,000 per week in gross contract revenue before business expenses and taxes, depending on completed installations, route volume, and agreed-upon rates. Route volume and weekly revenue are not guaranteed.
