Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate

Overview: The firm's litigation team provides practical, business-savvy advocacy, guiding clients through complex business litigation. The firm's courtroom-tested trial lawyers successfully handle significant and challenging cases in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies nationwide. Responsibilities include conducting legal research; drafting motions, briefs, legal memoranda, initial pleadings, and discovery responses. The role involves navigating and managing all aspects of discovery disputes, conducting and managing all fact and expert discovery (including e-discovery strategy and processes), and taking and defending depositions. The position requires the ability to manage litigation independently or as part of a team. Prior clerkship and experience at a nationally recognized law firm are preferred. The firm currently operates a hybrid work policy.
