Qualifications: Active TS/SCI5+ years of software development experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), including coding in at least one language (Python, Java, C#, Go, or C++), modern architectural patterns, Git-based version control, and end-to-end delivery to production on Kubernetes, cloud, or virtualized environments 2+ years of experience applying DevSecOps principles, including automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanners) as CI/CD quality gates in a highly regulated government or DoD-mandated environment (e.g., Overmatch Software Armory (OSA), Platform One, or equivalent)2+ years of experience coding, integrating, and maintaining resilient software architectures for DDIL environments and afloat/ashore PaaS environments (e.g., Navy's ACS, USMC's CHE, or equivalent), including secure integration with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
