Chao. S PR is looking for a local Freelance Event Coordinator to support upcoming events at Seattle South Center.
📍 Location:
2800 Southcenter Mall, Suite 121 Tukwila, WA 98188📅 Event Dates:• October 9• October 10• October 16–18💰 Pay: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
Support event setup, coordination, and on-site operations Assist with guest flow and event activities Communicate with the PR team and venue staff Help ensure the event runs smoothly and professionally Assist with event photography/content capture when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Local to the Seattle/Tukwila area Photography or videography experience preferred！！！Previous event, hospitality, PR, or promotional experience is a plus Responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Good communication and teamwork skills
