Lead Data Scientist — Remote, Drive ML Strategy & Impact

Spin Lab is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive scalable ML solutions in a remote, fast-moving environment. You will work closely with product and business teams to translate complex problems into practical, high-impact data strategies, delivering value across the business. You will define success metrics, design and deploy models (e.g., churn, LTV, revenue uplift) and implement standardized DS/DA processes to improve delivery and impact. This is a remote role with a strong collaboration focus.
