Position Overview for the Executive Experience Consultant - Santa Clara, CA:Serve as a strategic orchestrator and delivery lead for executive briefings, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design human-centric, memorable engagements that drive customer transformation. Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence. Facilitate Voice of the Customer sessions to gather insights, tailor experiences, and continuously improve program outcomes. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic influence with operational execution, often under pressure and with tight deadlines. Requirements for the Executive Experience Consultant - Santa Clara, CA:8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization. Strong executive presence, with confident, warm, and clear communication at all organizational levels. Demonstrated relationship management skills, including building trust with vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior clients. Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, anticipatory approach to managing high-stakes projects.
