About the role

Responsibilities: The candidate can be located in any ECS established location within the Southeast Subsidiary. Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region. Building Envelope Commissioning experience highly preferred. Responsibilities also include performing the following: Overseeing projects Performing technical report reviews Preparing and reviewing proposals Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions Leading and coaching junior staff members Performing responsibilities at the regional level
Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
  • Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)Registered Architect (R.A.)International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxPUniversity of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE12+ years of relevant professional related experience
  • Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
