In this role, you will lead technical conversations, translate business requirements into precise development plans, and ensure that every project stays aligned from discovery through delivery. This is not a traditional engineering position. It's designed for seasoned technologists who thrive at the intersection of architecture, product thinking, and client engagement - professionals who want to stay close to engineering without returning to a full-time development seat.What You'll Own- Lead client discovery sessions, technical discussions, and ongoing project reviews- Translate client goals into clear technical direction and well-scoped development tasks- Guide clients through trade-offs, timelines, risk assessments, and implementation realities- Maintain alignment across stakeholders, development teams, and decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle- Identify and proactively resolve blockers before they impact delivery- Produce concise meeting summaries, technical documentation, and action plans- Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders- Identify opportunities for engagement growth and support account expansion where appropriateWhat We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting- Strong command of modern software architecture - web applications, RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure, and mobile platforms- Excellent spoken and written English; confident leading calls with US-based founders and decision-makers- Demonstrated ability to bridge business objectives and technical execution- Strong organizational discipline and follow-through in a fully remote environment- Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving situations- Familiarity with US business culture, communication norms, and working hoursNice to Have- Direct experience with US clients or distributed international engineering teams- Background in solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer success- Exposure to AI product development, FinTech platforms, or eCommerce systems- Involvement in product strategy or technical architecture discussionsWhy This Role Stands OutYou'll work directly with founders, operators, and decision-makers - without layers of process or bureaucratic overhead.
