To support enterprise application adoption, the full-time Mid-Level Instructional Designer will develop training materials, e-learning content, and curricula while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze training needs and design curricula using established instructional design methodologies
Develop e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, and assessment instruments
Produce Section 508-compliant training content and maintain training materials in response to system changes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
Three to five years of instructional design experience
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning authoring tools
Experience with curriculum development and assessment design
Ability to produce accessible multimedia content
