Automotive Painter Firkins CDJR is seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company and industry standards. Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as necessary.

Inspect paint jobs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive painter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and surface preparation techniques.
Familiarity with spray painting equipment and safety procedures.
Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
