Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $235,000$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location) Commencement Bonus: $60,000+ (varies by clinic) Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary Role Highlights Patient Population: Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
