Description:
The Fairfield Y is hiring a Wellness Center Attendant to help foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all members. In this role, you'll connect with members, support their wellness goals, and provide information about Y programs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and organized wellness space.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic knowledge of fitness and strength training Experience with strength training equipment CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required Ability to build positive relationships and work inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds Strong observational skills and ability to react calmly in emergencies
