Financial Data Analyst II - 32546 We are currently looking for a Full Time Financial Data Analyst II to join our General Manager, Bedre Manufacturing team located at the Bedre Fine Chocolate Retail and Manufacturing Facility.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a brand ambassador by learning our Belgian Chocolate making heritage and our array of delicious products so customer questions can be expertly addressed and suggests the right products to fulfil their needs and create memories Assists in maintaining report mappings and other attributes for reports Prepares financial reports on a monthly and/or annual basis for review by supervisor and/or director Prepares special reports, or assists and/or leads other special projects as assigned Provides variance analysis and explanations in advance of report issuance. Supervisor will be made aware of unusual variances before reports are issued Manage, investigate, and resolve abnormal or incorrect general ledger account classifications, before reports are compiled and issued Assists leadership with financial questions and/or research Update the historical financial log (\"trend book\") - This log is a repository of balance sheets, income statements, and other key report areas based on published report values and is vital for proper analytical and comparative statements in many reports. Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Performs all other duties as assigned

Skills:
Perform tasks on great plains application Skilled at accessing information from organization's information systems Intermediate skill using Microsoft Office products
Experience: 5 years directly related experience
Education:
High School, GED or Equivalent Nonessential: Bachelors Degree in directly related field Credentials: Pass general background check Standard Driver's License Safe Quality Food Certification Good Manufacturing Practices Certification Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification
