Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist

Pillar Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist for The Century in Seattle. You will lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, and guide move-in processes, delivering exceptional experiences to residents. You will interact with prospects and residents to maximize occupancy, show model homes, and explain room sizes, amenities, and lease terms while maintaining a strong awareness of market conditions and policies.
