About the role

Ensure the efficient and professional execution of all Logistics Department activities, including receiving, warehousing, packaging, and shipping operations. Maintain full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures. Accurately receive incoming goods and record transactions in accordance with company standards using SAP.Track, monitor, and manage inventory movements and storage locations through SAP to ensure data accuracy and inventory control. Maintain and organize all logistics-related documentation, including receiving records, delivery documents, and customer paperwork. Foster professional and effective relationships with external partners, including carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. Perform required inspections of outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with shipping requirements. Address receiving discrepancies, such as damaged, incorrect, or missing materials, by following established procedures and collaborating with relevant local and global teams. Utilize SAP and other internal systems consistently and accurately to support daily logistics operations. Support Lean Management and 5S initiatives by identifying and reporting safety concerns, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work environment at all times. Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented approach by performing additional duties and responsibilities as required to support departmental goals
