Bilingual Janitorial Maintenance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff and work schedules. Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices. Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards. Assign daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action when needed. Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning machines and equipment. Respond to customer or tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly. Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies. Prepare reports, maintain records, and document inspections. Coordinate minor maintenance and repair activities when necessary. Manage budgets related to cleaning supplies and labor costs.
