Die Cast Machine Operators Earn $47,000 - $50,000 working Evenings & Nights

Located in Decorah, Iowa, DECO manufactures precision components used in office furniture, window and door hardware, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, HVAC systems, electrical applications, and many other products used every day. Available Shifts2nd ShiftMonday-Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday Options: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM3rd Shift4-Day Work WeekMonday-Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AMMonday-Thursday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AMWhat You'll DoAs a Die Cast Machine Operator, you'll be an important part of the manufacturing process, producing precision zinc castings for customers across North America.

Responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring zinc die cast machines
Making machine adjustments and troubleshooting issues
Safely handling molten zinc and production materials
Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met
Following safety, quality, and production procedures
Working with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years old
