Certified OB Scrub Technician - Labor & Delivery - Truman Medical Center (Weekends only 6:45am - 7:15pm)

What You'll Do: Gather, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment. Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis to promote patient safety. Anticipate the surgeon's needs with precision and efficiency in the OR.Scrub in on a wide range of surgical procedures, adapting quickly to varied and changing closely with the surgical team in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED.Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from a CAAHEP-accredited program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be maintained throughout employment. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 125 lbs, and standing for extended periods (including wearing a 10 lb. lead apron).Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to adapt under pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently in dynamic settings.
