Lead Business Analyst

Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience bridging business and technical teams. Strong data analysis and reporting experience. Experience working with technical product managers and technical stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Experience creating presentations and executive-facing materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Required Technical SkillsSnowflake SQL Tableau Adobe Analytics Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Jira / Jira Work Management Clarity AI Knowledge RequirementsCandidates are not expected to build AI models, but must possess sufficient knowledge to: Understand conversational AI concepts. Assess AI use cases and business opportunities. Support AI-focused initiatives and programs. Demonstrate familiarity with platforms such as AWS AI Services, OpenAI, and Anthropic.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting AI or technology-focused teams. Understanding of Conversational AI, NLU, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts. Experience with idea management platforms. Experience with CRM systems. Business intelligence reporting experience. Formal project management experience. Insurance and/or Claims industry experience.
